How to Request a Cancellation

All cancellation requests must be submitted through our official cancellation form or via email. Requests must include your full name, service details, and reason for cancellation.

Cancellation After 14 Days

Once the initial 14-day cancellation period has passed, no cancellations or refunds will be accepted, except where required by law or stated in your agreement.

14-Day Cancellation Rights (Consumers)

  • No access or usage: Full refund within 14 days of purchase.
  • Limited access: Partial refund within 14 days if not fully used.
  • Fully accessed services: No refund under 14-day rule once services are used.

Payment Failures and Instalments

If instalment payments fail or are not completed, service access may be suspended or terminated. No refund will be issued for missed or failed payments.

Job Offer During Service Period

If you receive a job offer during training or recruitment, the service is considered successfully delivered and no refund will be applicable.

Termination by Synetal Solutions

We reserve the right to terminate services without refund in cases including non-payment, misconduct, unresponsiveness, breach of contract or applicable laws.

Voluntary Withdrawal

If you voluntarily withdraw before completion, refund eligibility will be assessed case-by-case. Completed services are non-refundable. Refund decisions are at the sole discretion of Synetal Solutions.

Services Already Delivered

No refunds will be issued for services that have already been provided, including CV preparation, interview coaching, training modules, or recruitment support.
